Totally free life coaching

Phase One: People  |  Step One: Setting Up

Life coaching should be free.

The best life coaches are usually the elderly.

Your mission today is to find and reach out to

your granny or grandad, your great aunt or uncle, your elderly neighbour

the widow down the road, the old lady in the shop, or someone similar

and tell them you’d like to share a cup of tea with them

once a week, at least

to chat about stuff.

On each of the next pages, you’ll find a batch of discussion points

for each week with your elderly new life coach(es).

This is an antiwebsite, without logos or promos, without subscriptions or sign ups, so totally anonymous to use. As life coaching should be free. Here you will find life coaching guidance for free, as scaffolded prompts for chats, based on a careful merger of the 'Nine Boxes' (Susan Jeffers of ‘Feel the Fear…’ fame), Bloom’s Taxonomy of Thinking, the Circles of Concern (popularised by Covey’s ‘7 Habits of Highly Effective People’) and the Socratic Method (as repackaged by Simon Sinek's 'Start With Why' and Francesca Gino's 'The Power of Why' which sit with the practice of Cartesian Doubt).
