Totally free life coaching

Phase Three: Mental & Ethereal  |  Step Five: Freedom & Joy

Why do so many countries celebrate the idea of freedom?
Do they overuse concepts like ‘liberty’?

How do ‘liberate’, ‘liberty’, ‘liberal’ and ‘libertarian’ differ? Explain their commonality.

What is your opinion on wider conditions of freedom in society?

How might personal depression or oppression be relieved
by escaping the feeling of being trapped?

Why do humans need to feel we have choice?

Why do younger generations feel so compelled to resist norms (and re-package ideas as their own) and feel original in doing so?

Do you feel playful when burdens of responsibility or obligation are lifted?

What is behind the idea that attachment prevents happiness?
Who would disagree and why?

When have you been most unattached to possessions or roles?
Who do you know who is unattached and enjoys freedom? Are they happy?

Are we ever really free?
Do humans really have freedom of choice or are we programmed and manipulated?

Does being free from fears and desires bring joy?
Can hardship, subsistence or simplicity be character building?

Where does joie de vivre come from? Are you joyful when you are freer?

Have the last few conversations inspired you
or made you want to take any actions?

This is an antiwebsite, without logos or promos, without subscriptions or sign ups, so totally anonymous to use. As life coaching should be free. Here you will find life coaching guidance for free, as scaffolded prompts for chats, based on a careful merger of the 'Nine Boxes' (Susan Jeffers of ‘Feel the Fear…’ fame), Bloom’s Taxonomy of Thinking, the Circles of Concern (popularised by Covey’s ‘7 Habits of Highly Effective People’) and the Socratic Method (as repackaged by Simon Sinek's 'Start With Why' and Francesca Gino's 'The Power of Why' which sit with the practice of Cartesian Doubt).
