Totally free life coaching

Phase Two: Physical  |  Step Seven: Wider Ecosystem

If we draw out from these physical aspects covered
– your body’s cardio, flexibility, strength and diet,
your proactivity and locus of control,

your creativity, your cognition and learning,
money and your future, your value-add and your purpose –
we have moved from the micro to the macro.

The most macro is environmental ecosystems; what is an ecosystem?

How much do you see yourself as interdependent with
bacteria, flora, fauna, weather and the sea?

Who do you know who is passionate about biodiversity? Why are they?

Could you survive without an ecosystem?
Will the children of today survive without a healthy ecosystem?
Would Elon Musk survive in a glass ‘bio’ bubble on Mars?

Who neglects in their concern for our ecosystem and why?
What is the consequence of this neglect?

Who would disagree and why?

Having moved from the micro concerns (your own body)
to the macro concerns (the earth’s ecosystem)
how do you feel about yourself and your place in the world?

Are there any actions you’d like to take?

Here you will find life coaching guidance for free, as scaffolded prompts for chats, based on a careful merger of the 'Nine Boxes' (Susan Jeffers of ‘Feel the Fear…’ fame), Bloom’s Taxonomy of Thinking, the Circles of Concern (popularised by Covey’s ‘7 Habits of Highly Effective People’) and the Socratic Method (as repackaged by Simon Sinek's 'Start With Why' and Francesca Gino's 'The Power of Why' which sit with the practice of Cartesian Doubt).
