Totally free life coaching
Phase One: People | Step Five: Communities
What communities are you in?
Think about clubs, sports, gaming, recreations.
Think about types of travel, migrant expat groups abroad.
Think about music genres, online groups following movements, fashion followers.
What about special interest groups, creative or likeminded people coming together?
What about groupings for intellectual or academic reasons, or for study?
What about hedonism or humour?
How much comfort, solidarity or stimulation do you get from communities?
Does it feel like family sometimes, even with strangers?
Does it feel good to do something for your community for free? Why?
Do you feel better when typical problems are shared
or common issues identified by others in the community?
Do communities give you a feeling of permission to engage with strangers?
Have you made friendships within any community?
This is an antiwebsite, without logos or promos, without subscriptions or sign ups, so totally anonymous to use. As life coaching should be free. Here you will find life coaching guidance for free, as scaffolded prompts for chats, based on a careful merger of the 'Nine Boxes' (Susan Jeffers of ‘Feel the Fear…’ fame), Bloom’s Taxonomy of Thinking, the Circles of Concern (popularised by Covey’s ‘7 Habits of Highly Effective People’) and the Socratic Method (as repackaged by Simon Sinek's 'Start With Why' and Francesca Gino's 'The Power of Why' which sit with the practice of Cartesian Doubt).
